At Vojon, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service and satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may change and a refund or cancellation may be necessary.

At Vojon, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service and satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may change and a refund or cancellation may be necessary.


Refund Policy:

If a client is not satisfied with the services provided by our agency, they may request a refund within 7 days of payment.

Refunds will only be granted for services that have not been completed or have not been initiated.

Refunds will not be granted for services that have been completed or are in progress.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request.

Refunds will be provided in the same form of payment as the original transaction.


Cancellation Policy:

If a client wishes to cancel their contract with our agency, they must provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the end of the contract term.

If the client cancels before the contract term is over, they will be responsible for paying the remaining balance of the contract.

If the client cancels after the contract term is over, the contract will be deemed fulfilled and no further payment will be required.

If the client cancels services in progress, the agency will bill for any services provided up to the cancellation date.
